Russell Berry sold our house in Halls Head approximately eighteen months ago. He is the best salesman ever! When my Father want to sell his home in Palmyra, Russell suggested we use an agency specialising in that area. We tried that, but all they seemed to be interested in was, getting the listing and putting their sign in the front yard.
Russell then agreed to give it a go and came up to Perth every weekend to have the home open. Because the home was vacant and I don't live anywhere near it, Russell would tidy up the place while he was there. Giving it a bit of a sweep, vacuum and emptying the junk mail from the letterbox. I can't recommend Russell enough.

This real estate is argumentative nasty and their standards of clean I nearly died! when buying my house and they were looking after the tenants that moved in this house was so filthy riddled with roaches stunk so bad and the tenants got their full bond back. You are a disgrace making the previous owner cop the bill. I've told everyone not to go through you.. oh and I noticed you only put the few good reviews you have on your website. Do not let them look after tenants in your investment property!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling. Waiting around for 3 weeks had to chase him several times to be given an update for a house inspection and gives me less than 24 hours notice on the other end of Perth. Arrogantly told me the house will be rented so basically I was just a number. First time I spoke to him .. the fakeness and lack of interest was shocking, to when I stated 6 months rent up front with impeccable rental history. I can see why he works for himself.
