In a rental for 4 years, no problems, no issues had a wonderful property manager, Cherylee, very helpful and easy to deal with. The owners sold the house and it turned out Cherylee quit, all of a sudden we're being screwed over for all these issues that were reported but never fixed by the previous owner. And H&N Perry don't care and seem to be encouraging the new owner to take us for everything. Utterly disgusted with how we're being treated. Will be comaining to Consumer Affairs. Avoid.

Gareth was a first claass agent. He listed my property, understood the likely buyers, set a pricing structure to suit the target buyer group, followed up on all potential buyers and gave feedback constantly on them. He secured an offer in the ball park of what we had agreed the propperty was worth and followed through on the communication right through to the end. Gareth was a league above others when it can to selling our home. Gareth was more than happy o travel out side of his natural working area from Mandurah up to cockburn to assist with the sale. He also made the trip to finalise documentation to the airport into the international departure lounge to get the paper work completed. Not only did he show how friendly he could be by walking us through every step and laying it out in laymen’s terms, he was also very professional with every step that was taken. 100% would recommend and will be using for all future sales and purchases.
