Unprofessional, no communication and extremely rude. Charged an extremely ridiculous amount to change a few light bulbs. We have been told our bond is delayed because they are waiting for an invoice from fixing a towel rail its been 7 business days and still no invoice. I have called them and wrote numerous emails and still no reply or urgency. They are all nice to you when you sign up for a property but when you want to vacate they turn nasty. We never had a bad inspection or was ever late on our Rent. Poor customer service.

Standard realestate, money grabbing. Unfortunately very unprofessional, in 6 months my friend was given 3 agents due to coming and going. No aid was given leaving it up to her friends to pitch in and find information from real, real estates. Currently aiding her in seeking legal aid for dodgy maintenance work carried out after vacate.
Avoid at all costs, if they don’t ruin your day and those around you their “maintenance guy” definitely will.

By far the worst real estate I have ever dealt with! Our property manager Tiffany had no form of communication between owners/realestate/tenants. Refusing to rectify and issues around the home and general business. Moving out of the property was made much harder than it had to be and Tiffany was extremely nasty to myself and my partner.

Kerry Willmott was our property manager. Constantly had to follow up things regarding maintenance with no communication. Our oven broke and it took us filling court action for them to do anything. We wanted to terminate our contract ASAP. Kerry wasn't going anything to help so I spoke to the acting licensee (Ian Mullett) he then abused me over the phone and wouldn't help us. We paid rent a few hours late because their system took time to process our payment, however, we still received a breach notice. This is the most unorganised and unprofessional property management company I have ever gone through

Would not even give them a one very childish and hard to deal with, make life very hard for you will not help in any way, take my stay clear does not matter how desperate you are , not good realestate to do business with. The Rental Officer just did not want to communicate and for the life of me, just could not get a message right, got my bond back after they kept threatening me with every little things they are very intimidating. Out of 10 1 would reasonable
