We combine various different techniques including dry needling therapy, soft tissue releases, fascial manipulation, Kinesio Taping, exercise prescription aimed at improving the problems identified during the assessment.Education is also a crucial part of the treatment. Coast Vestibular and Concussion Clinic is one of the first vestibular clinics established on the central coast.

This includes spinal (lower and upper back, neck pains) and headaches, ankle, foot, thigh and knee pains and injuries along with shoulder, elbow and wrist injuries. As everyone is different and every injury is unique, we use AxIT, a state of the art assessment system that identifies baselines, tracks progressions over time to ensure you are doing the correct exercise and treatment as well as measuring imbalances between muscles and sides.

I looked at Google reviews for physios in my area and managed to snag an appt. with Michael at this practice, it was the best experience from the get go. When I booked the appt. and asked whether I could bring my 2yr old with me, the reception was so accommodating! When we arrived, my child wanted to come with me, I'd packed a bag of distractions and Francis and Michael were so wonderful with me bringing a small child(they had toys and books at the ready)
Because I sought treatment early, Michael fixed the problem in two visits. Just wonderful!
