I write briefly to thank you for the treatment I have received recently. My knee has not been giving me as much trouble and my back is much better now. My GP referred me to a surgeon regarding my knee and after viewing the xrays and MRI scan he is surprised that I am still walking around on it. I am down for surgery in Nth Gosford in February on one or possibly both knees.
No, you do not need a doctors referral to see a physiotherapist unless you are claiming through Workers Compensation, Third Party CTP Insurance, Veterans Affairs or are an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) patient. You do need to have a NDIS plan with the National Disability Insurance Scheme to claim through them.
