Very relaxed and easy going staff. They always say hello and goodbye.
The equipment is excellent. An excellent variety of quality machines and heaps of dumbbells and plates. You might wait a few minutes for benches and treadmills if you are there in peak hours but, if not, then youll be fine.
This is an excellent gym if your focus is resistance training.

Ryderwear gym is a great place to workout. There are so many options of machines/equipment and workout spaces, including an outdoor area for more of a HIIT focus, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The shop also has so much on offer and is really convenient. The membership price is excellent and the facilities are always clean.

Great new local gym to train at, recently joined as membership expired at another gym near by. Glad to have joined here, friendly and very helpful staff, great variety of machines and free weight equipment and best of all is the music isnt headbashing hardcore trance beats at 430am!! Keep the good work up guys

Thus far it’s been a great experience. Staff have been fantastic, very helpful, enthusiastic & motivated. No complaints whatsoever. Great gym, great equipment & great people! I would strongly recommend this training facility to anyone interested in working out in a super-fantastic atmosphere.

Best gym in Adelaide. As soon as you drive up to the gym, you’re already in a workout mood. Walking in to see a fully stocked shop with your favourite clothes from Ryderwear. The Matt black gym is a vibe, you can’t help but get your PB’s here. If you are serious about lifting, this is the place you need to be.

I was super nervous about joining a new gym. This gym is super close to my work so I couldn’t miss the opportunity! I am so happy and comfortable here. Starting to get a routine which is amazing. The staff are wonderful and always are happy to have a quick chat on my way out! The clothing is good quality, the gym equipment is all new and fancy which is a plus! Great atmosphere to be in all round
