Box it Out is all about making fitness fun, and just like me, it can become your new lifestyle, too. Our mission is to train and empower people who are unhappy with their bodies to become confident and absolutely LOVE who they see in the mirror! Since joining Box It Out, I've been motivated to keep coming along and challenge myself with new fitness goals.
Services
I joined Box it Out back in 2012, and I loved it! The sessions were fast paced, challenging and ever changing. I fell in love with kickboxing, the feeling the classes gave me and my new found confidence. During my time training with Box it Out, I lost two dress sizes and became so involved with boxing, working out in the gym and all things fitness that I became a qualified personal trainer & group instructor.
We have memberships that range in price which give you access to group classes, personal training sessions, nutrition assistance and other member benefits. You can check out the memberships here. Not at all. As a new member, you will complete technique sessions prior to joining the group classes, so you'll feed confident when coming along to your first group class.

Box it out is the best. I was never much into gyms or specific fitness, but this has everything I didn't realise I wanted and needed. There's intense workouts that are also fun with a laid back attitude. As well as learning boxing skills, better form with exercises and stretches. Even some nutritional and wellbeing tips. Got it all! Recommend to just about anyone and everyone. Deanna accomdates to everyone that's willing.

Box It Out has changed my life! A fun and stress free environment, with a welcoming team and knowledgeable trainers. It has 100% helped my health, both physical and mental. Which has lead to losing those kilos! The support I have been given has been so valuable. I feel so much more capable to reach my goals now and it's so nice to have someone who cares in my corner. There's no other group fitness class like this. I highly recommend.

I always feel so much better after a session at Box it out. After a hard day there no better place to relieve stress, have a laugh, have loads of fun and feel mentally and physically healthier all in 1 hour. Great group of people, dynamic and fun workouts in a relaxed environment and trainers that will push your limits and help you reach your fitness goals! Highly recommended : )

I have been a member for over a month now and have enjoyed every minute of it. 1st day I was nervous but as soon as I arrived I was welcomed instantly and felt very well at home. Trainers are absolutely wonderful people and the other clients are fantastic people. I have been to almost every session since starting and I now go 5 times a week as it is so much fun learning new techniques and getting fit at the same time with a cheeky laugh included every time. Every session is different and more enjoyable than the last with easy step by step techniques and challenging exercises. I much appreciate

My job involves shift work so I have always found it difficult to get into an exercise routine that I can actually stick to. Box it Out has been so good for me because there are classes on almost every week night and even one on Saturday mornings. I am able to attend the classes around my work and staying with the routine is easy because I’m excited when I can go to the classes. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the social aspect almost helps you forget that you’re exercising! Thanks for making working out fun Deanna and all of the Box it Out team 😊

I love coming to classes! Every time there’s something different to learn, trainers are just amazing. I am getting fitter, stronger, having a laugh every time and meeting new people.
It is definitely a highlight of my everyday routine!

Since joining Box It Out, I've been motivated to keep coming along and challenge myself with new fitness goals. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, with plenty of enthusiasm to keep you moving at every session, and will work with you to identify where you can improve your technique. I've been coming to Box it Out sessions for a few years and absolutely love it! It's always an awesome workout, lots of fun and a great stress release. I've become a lot fitter and stronger and met some lovely people along the way. I've never been a fan of going to the gym, but I do like to push myself and train hard, so Box it Out is perfect for me. It's a great group of people to be a part of, I can only recommend it!
