I have been a massage therapist at Fitness on the Park since 2001 offering both remedial and sports massage. I have been involved in athletics for 45 years and have been coaching since 1991, specialising in middle and long distance running, steeplechase and cross country. I am also a keen runner myself.
Anne Lang has been manager of Fitness on the Park since 1997. Prior to 1997 the organisation was named Institute for Fitness Research and Training and was led by Tony Sedgwick as a research centre for exercise and fitness. Anne worked as the office and training manager, and as a class Instructor, for 25 years, prior to taking over the business of helping to keep mature South Australians fit and healthy.
Introduction to Pilates at Fitness on the Park focuses on the most important principles of Pilates. For the complete and varied gym workout in a class setting to improve Strength and Cardio fitness. A fun and varied outdoor class to extend your limits, with Short Burst/Interval Training and some Running.
Initial one hour Personal Training session to commence your individual exercise programme. So, if losing some weight and improving your fitness are your goals, this is the programme for you.
