I was refused treatment today because I didn’t wear a mask. I have previously visited this clinic on several occasions without a mask as I have a medical exemption. I have previously explained this to the staff and also again today. Greg, the podiatrist, who was wearing full PPE refused to accept the fact I have a medical exemption and therefore refused to treat my feet. You would think someone in the medical profession would understand the guidelines on mask wearing and the fact he’s protected in his PPE. Not very intelligent Greg.

I've been seeing Greg over the last decade for orthotics to help with my flat feet, which were highly effective at correcting my gait. Years after the successful treatment, I had a few questions about orthotics and shoes so I made another appointment, and Greg was just as patient with me as he was on the first day, and was glad to answer any questions I had. Nothing but positive experiences, a great example of patient centered care!

I was diagnosed incorrectly and was given the unnecessary treatment. No improvement at all after several treatments and dextrose injection. Went to my GP and she recommended for me to have an ultrasound so I got the correct diagnosis and treatment after that. It’s ok now.

Greg and Lynn have been nothing but excellent and caring. I had a plantar wart on my foot for 12 years, and tried absolutely everything. I was about to give up when I found this podiatrist! The treatment took a long time due to the size of the wart, but a year ago it all dropped off and I havent looked back since! Definitely worth the time, money and yes, pain too! Highly recommend!

A couple of years ago I saw Greg for a very stubborn plantar wart on the bottom of my foot. I did the laser and needling treatments for some time. Greg promised my wart was flattening out yet I still saw no real change and the needling was very painful. After one needling session my wart got badly infected, leading to me being on crutches and having to get separate treatment from my GP to heal the infection. I spent thousands of dollars doing Greg's treatment, but my extremely stubborn wart was fixed after one visit to a dermatologist who prescribed a stronger topical acid treatment. I couldn't

My 9 year old daughter has been coming to see Greg and Lynn for laser treatment as she had 12 warts on her right hand, we had tried over the counter chemist products, then we tried freezing them. Nothing worked and freezing them was very painful for her. At our first appointment Greg explained everything very clearly and said he couldn’t say exactly how many treatments we would need as everyone is different, we decided to give it a try. We are over the moon with the results, every single one of her warts has completely gone and she was so relieved that the laser treatment was completely pain

I have been meaning to write this review for a year now. Gregs treatment of my plantar wart was life changing. Before going to Greg I had treatment over 2.5 years with various different pods using dry ice which never worked and probably made the wound area larger. After 4 months of seeing greg fortnightly for laser therapy and needling of the wart under local anaesthetic (sort of like immune therapy) My wart had gone. I could go back to exercise and walk normally again. I cant thank him enough. I must say, this treatment was not cheap, nor was it painless. But If i added up what I spent over the

So happy when Greg was able to cleanly without surgery, removed the warts off my foot. Greg laser solution saved me so much trouble.
I had 2 warts on my feet that none of the prior Doctors / Podiatrists I saw helped. Only wasted money and made the wart grow larger, not to mention the blood & pain when they try to cut out the wart. Don't even bother with the crazy wart treatment techniques posted on the Internet.
Greg was able to destroy the wart with laser, best part is, no cut no blood. I can't recommend Greg Bastin enough.

Greg provides an excellent service and is a very caring professional. I came across these reviews quite accidentally. I have been previously treated with Laser for foot pain and whilst it was not a miraculous cure as some people expect, it certainly assisted the problem. My son is currently being treated for a nasty nail infection and Greg was terrific with him and very accommodating with times available etc. Yes, podiatry is not cheap though if you have extras cover on your health insurance, that helps. Feet are so important and I would prefer to have a foot specialist treat my family than a GP
