Packages Report

We have Packages available, they are listed below with prices. If you would like something specific on your special day, we can write a personalised no obligation quote for your flower requirements just email or call us to book a time for a consultation. Our Seasonal package suits couples who aren't fussed on specific flower types but are more focused on a specific colour scheme.

Delivery Report

The Flower Merchant can organise delivery of flowers to all suburbs of Melbourne, Country, Interstate and Overseas. Please view our delivery section or contact our shop and we would only be too happy to assist you. We are a member of Interflora, world wide flower delivery service. Extra delivery fee of $5.00 apply to Valentines and Mothers Day.

Delivery Notes Report

If flowers are being delivered to a funeral, we will make alternative arrangements with our courier to get them there on time but would appreciate 24 hours notice. We do need a telephone number for all destinations, especially for security addresses where a driver cannot gain access to property/office.

Same Day Delivery Report

For same day delivery flowers, your order must be placed before 10am on the desired day of delivery in order for the flowers to be sent on a standard delivery service. It is possible to offer same day delivery after 10am if the destination is within the Melbourne CBD or is in close proximity to our shop.

Delivery Times Report

We will try and deliver flowers as early as possible but we do not guarantee time deliveries and flowers will be delivered between the hours that are stated above. We do not deliver on Sundays except for of course Mothers Day or any other special event that may fall on that day, i.e. Valentine's Day etc.

I really like the customer service and help that I received at the store. I have bought 3 little bouquets for my 3 year old educators and they done it very beautifully and quickly. Really like their advice and the price are so affordable as well. Will definitely come back again . Thanks

Had the most wonderful experience today! My partner and I were picking up some flowers as a gift. We picked a really beautiful bouquet of natives but when the lady started to wrap them up for us, she noticed some of the stems were broken. Instead of just wrapping them up for us and selling us broken flowers, she let us know and offered to remake the bouquet with fresh and unbroken stems. The bouquet turned out even more beautiful. I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely lovely!
10/10 recommend!

I’ve tried to get flowers from this place a couple of times on the past as I’m a local and always walked empty handed as the first time I came more than a year ago I was just ignored for a good five minutes by the two staff on and gave up, the second time a few months later the older lady working seemed too busy to help and sounded annoyed when answering a couple of questions. Alright, I guess I just came in on busy times, I don’t know, but last week I decided to give it a third try as their flowers do look gorgeous, I needed flowers for a cake and the older lady that helped me out said she’d

Today was the first time, I went to this place. So a customer picks up a pot of flowers and one of the staff almost immediately accused this lady of trying to steal the flowers in front of all these people standing in the shop. That is just terrible behaviour by the staff. I wish I could give these people less than a star!! I am never going to this place again! They need to start training their staff or if they are so scared that there place going to be robbed, hire a security guard!!!

We used The Flower Merchant for our wedding flowers when our original florist let us down 2 weeks before the wedding. They did such an amazing job and the ladies were absolutely lovely and so great to deal with. We honestly could not have asked for more.
