Cake looks great (haven’t eaten it yet so may also taste good!) however service was really poor.. I wrote in the comments to get the cake personalised not realising I needed to have added a plaque to my order and instead of a 2 min phone call to me during which I would have happily paid extra for it I just got a note in the finished order saying ‘should have ordered a plaque’. When I went in to collect it the woman just yelled ‘I can’t hear you’ at me twice despite her standing on the other side of the shop and having the radio on loud.. things she could have easily remedied if she

The flowers and cake I received from Cakes and Vases for my wedding were simply amazing. The cake with three different flavours was beautiful, delicious and exactly how I wanted it. The flowers were arranged beautifully - they made me feel so happy when I received them on the morning of my wedding. Turkan and the team did an amazing job for our wedding ceremony and reception. We were happy with the service and everything turned out just as planned. Definately a bonus to have our wedding cake and florals with the same supplier, it was so much easier! Everything was matching! Would definately recommend it to others. Cake was delicious too!

Amazing words cannot explain the reaction of all the guests at my daughters wedding. The centerpieces were the most beautiful flower arrangement i have ever seen, 300 guests were smelling the fresh flowers and were talking all night about the flowers. The cake was amazing tasted beautiful and could not look better and the main table was superb. The highest quality of service from the bouquet to flowers cake to turkan constantly ensuring all is perfect, well done. Matt and Turkan definitely will be back for my other functions.

I am by no means a flower connoisseur and so when I was dealt the task of choosing flowers for my wedding I felt quite inept and completely out of my depth. However, I saw many fresh and beautiful bouquets of flowers as I ventured inside this quaint store. In all of 10 seconds I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady by the name of Turkan who happened to be the owner and with my budget she gave me great suggestions and I was able to go from having no idea of what sort of bridal bouquet I wanted to picking the colours , the style and even managed to order my table runner. We cannot thank Turkan and Matt enough, we went to them with a vision for our wedding and they far exceeded our expectations. They made the whole process simple and enjoyable, listening to our ideas and providing guidance and direction when we needed. Our reception looked amazing thanks to their handiwork on the greenery and the sensational terrariums they put together for us. The cake was so tasty we didn’t want to share any with the guests ☺

I got my daughters Christening cake and floral table centerpieces and people are still talking about them!! We had a salted caramel naked cake which didn't just look stunning it tasted amazing. I hadn't used this place before so didn't know what to expect but Turkan was great sitting with me twice to work out the cake design and floral arrangements. I felt confident every step of the way and the end products surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Cakes and Vases.

Highly recommend for such amazing yet affordable wedding flowers and cakes. I had the most stunning wedding bouquets made by Turkan and the team. I have no idea about names of flowers but gave Turkan one photo and what was delivered on my wedding day was breathtaking, such attention to detail and absolutely stunning! All delivered on time and set up beautifully. Great communication throughout the wedding planning process by Turkan. Thanks Cakes and vases!
