After an initial mix up/misunderstanding (on both sides) resulted in the delivery being delayed, they really went above and beyond to get the flowers to the recipients the next day despite this now being 2 different locations and one very far away. Very good communication and pro-active in sorting out a solution, all for no extra. Flowers were beautiful. Very happy with product and service.

I got the best service ever!!!! The owner/florist really seemed to know what she is doing, she got the ideas and suggestions that made my boquet of flowers look amazing!!!!
Oooh! The chocolate boquet is also the best!!!
