Absolutely wonderful experience! As a plus size women I was nervous about dress shopping but the team at Sunset Bridal made this experience everything it should be!. They were very helpful and fun and had an amazing range for me to try on. Definitely recommend!!!

I’m not so sure about any of the other staff in this company but Debbie the owner is horrible, spends her time making rude hurtful comments to her clients, your supposed to be making people feel good and instead your leaving them in tears or upset it is beyond disgusting on all accounts and this business should be really ashamed of themselves, take your business somewhere that is going to make you feel good lady’s, and that is not this business.

Absolutely awful customer service. Debbie was rude and nasty to my friend to the point she started crying. and then she mocked her for crying. Debbie was constantly saying how dresses “wouldn’t fit” and “can you even afford that” which is just rude. girls should be lifting each other up, not being nasty. would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give zeros star I would.
Watching one of my sisters be belittled, spoken to soo rudely and unprofessionally astounds me.
She tried and fell in LOVE with a dress, and bought a brand new one to be made. A time in someone’s life that should be one of the most memorable, what a shame this has been taken away from her and an experience she will never get back.

I didn't end up getting my wedding dress from Sunset Bridal, but I would like to share my positive experience I had! I first heard of Sunset Bridal whilst perusing a wedding Facebook page, and there were a lot of great comments. If I could I’d give zero stars. This is probably the worst store you could choose. We had an appointment to choose a wedding and bridesmaid dresses. After circa 45 minutes we were told this was the last dress we could look at and our time was up! The staff were rude. We bought a bridesmaid dress for over $300 and paid a deposit for a wedding dress of $400. Due to COVID we cancelled our wedding date. Everyone else refunded our deposits, restaurant, Flowers, cakes etc etc because of the pandemic. The owner of this store is of such poor character that she even refused to refund even half of the
