Hence, we charge 'per job' rates rather than 'per hour' rates so that you can avoid being overcharged for unnecessary prolonged cleaning times. We understand and realise that opening your home or office to strangers may be awkward and uncomfortable.

Services
Our cleaners are always trying to keep up the cleaning quality from the first cleaning to the end. Unless it is absolutely necessary, we do not change your cleaners once they are settled in. If you are not sure about our services, why not try once and see for yourself our quality and attitude? Once a week, fortnightly, monthly, it's your choice.
I wish to provide a reference for them who have been cleaning our home for the past few months during 2012. I have been found them to be reliable, prompt, couteous and efficient, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to your company for consideration. They have been cleaning my home for the past 6 months.
Some other less skilled cleaners may charge 'per hour' rates and may take longer times to finish the job. This will be disadvantageous to clients who will be charged higher rates for the job due to the long job time. Hence, we provide you a quotation of rates that will be charged 'per job' because we believe in fairness to our clients.

I only put 1 star so I could write this review otherwise it would be a minus 10. I used Korean Cleaners for more than 3 years. Initially I thought they were okay but then I caught them not using any cleaning products to clean my house but using my own items, meaning, I have very expensive hand wash in my guest toilet I caught them using my hand wash to clean the toilet. Then when they would mop the house I noticed it never smelt clean when I questioned them I discovered all they were doing is using hot water, no cleaning product (this is certainly not my standard of clean).
