Green - Our eco-friendly process uses oxygen, a natural purifier, and 100% biodegradable products to encapsulate dirt and moisture. Safe - Our healthy cleaning process is totally chemical free and uses HEPA filters to remove damaging biopollutants. Dry - Our quick drying carpet cleaning process uses less than 5% of the water used by steam cleaners.
At Carpet Cleaning Authority, we take staff training very seriously. Before starting work, our carpet cleaning technicians go through a rigorous external training programme run by Jena Dyco to gain their Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Once this is done, they are also trained to become Woolsafe Certified Operators.
The solutions we use are non-toxic, chemical free and biodegradable, so they are safe for both pets and children. We use about 5% of the water needed for steam cleaning. We also use natural, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are chemical free. And all of our machines are energy efficient and have the Carpet and Rug Institute seal of approval.

Whilst many other domestic carpet cleaning services use harmful chemicals and fail to remove dangerous bacteria and allergens from your surfaces, our unique green and dry process combines natural cleansers with advanced deep cleaning and purifying equipment.
Dirty carpets and carpet stains are not a great look, and the everyday build up of bacteria and allergens within carpets is also detrimental to your health, and that of your kids and pets. Most traditional vacuum cleaners are not as effective at you might think at removing fine particles that cause allergies and health problems.
