Established in 2006, Radi Estates is an independently owned and operated real estate agency located approximately 5 km from the Perth CBD in central Inglewood. We provide personalised and professional real estate services specialising in the inner northern corridor of Perth as well as close surrounds.

If you have started looking at property without first consulting with your bank, finance broker, financial planner or tax accountant then STOP. The first part of a successful purchase is to know exactly what you can afford. More often than not, buyers do not consult a financial planner or their accountant.
Firstly check that there is not a street outage of power. Secondly check that none of your RCD switches have turned off. If an RCD switch has turned to an off position, then you can try to turn it back on. If it continues to switch off, then watch this video guide as to how to check what's causing it.

I rented through radi estates for a year and a half and I have recently ceased my lease with them. My experience with radi has been excellent! My real estate agent was originally Tania (who was so fun and friendly) and then changed to Victoria who was also lovely! They are a great real estate company and I recommend buying/renting through them. I feel as if my positive experience is very different compared to friends who have rented through other companies.

Radi Estates has been our real estate company since we bought our property from them in 2013. We them gave them the property management when we moved out of the property four years later and they now sold it in August 2021 with excellent results. Would highly recommend Radi Estate from start to finish myself and my partner had such a joyful experience dealing with property manager Tracey Rath who always dealt with any issues or faults in timely manner & always kept good communication in how we were getting on etc.
Very reasonable as we broke an early lease Radi Estates were so… understanding of our situation and after leaving house in good condition we were able to receive our full bond refund and provided us a lovely written reference which enabled us to secure our next home.

Not worth renting from them as they will do everything in their power to screw you out of your bond! Predatory to younger tenants. If you are considering renting with Radi then you might want to reconsider as they are unreasonable and have poor communication. Our property manager Dianne was disrespectful and unprofessional with her attitude.
