I have known Rasmus since 2010 when he offered me a free sales appraisal to my house, since then he rang from time to time to give me updates on market conditions. Later on, I decided not to sell my house and rented it out instead but Rasmus's free information didn't stop there.

Marvin was very professional and worked well for his client despite the client being away. Marvin was prompt to respond and always helpful - especially after our offer was accepted - with the pest inspection and final inspection and settlement agent referral. Rasmus is highly professional and effective.
He did an excellent job in selling our property within 2 days of the first home open and for the price we wanted.
It was the 2nd unit within the complex that we sold in the space of a few months, and even though it was of lesser quality than the first, Rasmus sold it for a higher price in a tougher market.
We were very happy with him for the price he attained, for his excellent communication and for his courteousness.
We would gladly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home.

I recently sold my house in Teague Street Victoria Park and used the services of Rasmus Nielsen from Mavin Real Estate.
