I have never leased out a property before, and after searching for an agency to put my place on the market, I found Paragon property alongside this I was recommended to them by several friends who had used their services. I have had the best experience with the team, Ben Broadley in particular was very friendly, kind and provided me heaps of reassurance that I would be ok. This process was very daunting for me and he was able to put my mind at ease. He is always prompt with responses and goes that extra mile. I bought a townhouse from Paragon Property and it was a very straightforward process. Theo and the team there are hands down the experts in propert in and around the North Perth area. I cannot recommend Paragon Property highly enough. From first reaching out to Theo and the team, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Theo gave great advice on how to get our property ready for sale and I couldn't believe it when it sold after the first home open, and above the asking price, what a result! The plan was always communicated very clearly to us and Nick, Theo and Georgie were always on hand to answer any questions and/or offer guidance.

Did 2 vacate cleans for this company and they only paid for 1. This was organized by 2 different agents. One claimed she wasn’t happy with the service after the work was done 1.5 months later. Whilst the other was very happy with the work. They still haven’t paid for the work that was done. They clearly aren’t an honest and professional company.

Property agents rude. Mould in main bedroom and leak in hallway when rains. When asked to sign new lease, we said fix the problems then we will sign another 12months. They then gave us 30 days notice. We are 2 clean professionals, keep the property neat and tidy. Also wanted to up the rent when we have already been advised rental market has gone down. Less than satisfactory business attitude and work ethic!
