Went to the building site of my townhouse on Christmas day to show my elderly mother where it is for the first time. We were so excited to see the frames are up already! And Alic have trades people on site on Christmas day!! They must have been working very hard to catch up on the delays caused by material shortages. Amazing work Alic!! You made off the plan purchase very easy and stress free. Can't wait to see my brand new home when it's being completed.

As a developer, the most important attribute that you seek from a builder is the responsibility. This is exactly what Alic had provided for my project. We had Alic Constructions Pty Ltd to build our townhouse. The house is completed within 12 months and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The build quality is excellent with minimal issues. We are also very happy with the cost of the project which is even more competitive than other volume builders in the market. The house is worth every cent we paid and some more.
