Sitting back and really enjoying the work Darren and his team have just completed for us. Great job with tedious annoying work wrapping a pergola around our bay window and the end result looks amazing. Darren… was great in the consultation stances and the pricing was really competitive for the quality of work.

Darren and his team did an outstanding job, it looks great and exactly how we wanted it. Also their customer service was excellent, an example we were home most of the time and it was very cold few days they ensure the door were close when they walk through so the house will keep as warm as possible! Hence through out the whole time, we were very comfortable with them around and didn't have to worry at all whilst they were doing their job. Highly recommend them!

We have just used Modern Solutions to build our outdoor patio. We are more than happy with Darren and his team. After a long agonising decision on which product to choose and what company to build with, we have been pleasantly surprised with how good the final job and service was from these professional and friendly team members. All Darren's staff were very pleasant to deal with especially Jamie. We have undertaken countless renovation projects over the past twenty years and Darren and his team were one of the best we have dealt with they were on time, clean, friendly and nothing was too difficult

Darren and his team replaced an old leaky pergola with a new high-end pergola that has added considerable value to our home. The design fits the lines of the house and exceeds our expectations.
