Shalini is an immigration lawyer and the Principal Solicitor of Focus Migration. She has had more than 15 years experience as a solicitor including more than nine years experience in immigration law. Previously, Shalini was a Senior Associate at Fragomen, a leading global immigration law firm. Her experience in immigration law includes family, skilled and corporate migration.
Our first consultation with you is important. We listen carefully to understand your situation and tailor a migration solution that meets your needs. We will also provide an estimate of the overall costs for your migration solution. Consultations can be conducted in person, by phone or via Skype. Our fee for the initial consultation is $165, which is normally about one hour in length.

As an immigrant who has gone to over 5 different migration agents on my pathway to citizenship, I can confidently say that Shalini at Focus Migration was easily the best agent I've had. I strongly recommend Focus Migration to anyone seeking a âperfectionist migration lawyerâ. Since getting citizenship or PR is getting harder or taking more time with every passing year, making an error on your documentation is something you would want to avoid at any cost. Shalini was very much involved all throughout the process. She was very thorough, giving all the pros and cons, the possibilities and limitations of every situation.
