I had the pleasure of working with Ashlee for both a house purchase and sale. She was highly proficient and handled all my queries in a prompt and easy to understand manner and made the whole process stress free. As a client, you are kept up to date at every single stage. Would definitely recommend!

We recently used Herring for conveyancing work for our SMSF, it turned out to be fairly complicated. they stepped me through it a piece at a time and gave me a solid referral when they had a conflict of interest. a pleasure to deal with. the charges were fair for the complexity of the work. we will use them again when we sell the property.

Initially comes across as a good practitioner of criminal law. However, will take on matters without appropriate experience or expertise (in my case inappropriate not to have referred). Consequently should you attempt to clarify matters and or billing in the wake of events...then in my experience... completely evasive.
