Mark sold my 3 bedroom pole house on the far North Coast of NSW at a premium price which greatly surprised me. Mark was extremely professional throughout the process, responding promptly to any queries and he ensured that the sale (from listing to sale it was only a matter of days) proceeded smoothly and efficiently. I was impressed by Mark's honesty and reliability and would highly recommend him as an agent.

Was advised that we would lose $175 admin fee off a booking through Stazy that we had to cancel due to COVID border closures beyond our control. Was NOT advised that the $175 would come off an already reduced price that this real estate agent received from Stayz, and not off the original price we had paid. in effect we have now lost over $300 which we did NOT agree to or were advised about. We have now been effectively charged two lots of admin and booking fees because of the arrangements between these firms. This is NOT appropriate or acceptable.

We needed a week’s accommodation at short notice. Shonda went above and beyond to make sure a property was available to us on the day we needed.
We had a great stay and the house we chose in Pottsville met all our needs.
It was well presented, clean, comfortable, quiet and provided a family friendly atmosphere.

What a beautiful apartment we rented for five days 3/6 Mona Lane was just perfect. My family from the UK were over the moon with it. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect, lounge, dining and kitchen all spick and span. Ideally located to shops and the river or beach. If I could would give it a 12 .

I had a wonderful time in Brunswick heads at Pebbles 1 , the staff at North Coast Lifestyle properties, Shonda in particular where very knowledgeable and helpful, and attentive in returning my lost property as well .This has left me excellent impression on my holiday,and a person touch,which is rare these days with holiday booking methods. I would recommend booking through NCLP anytime.

Always use this business to book our holiday houses. Have used many times and always good service and extremely helpful and all of our holiday plans have been handled so well. The keys and all of the documents to get in to the properties are always prepared and the office itself is easily accessible. Highly recommend!
