There is nothing good you can say about the way this real estate deals with tenants. Christine Mayer Bull is the worst property manager we’ve dealt with.
On multiple occasions Christine could not supply us with a trade to fix urgent problems and would not answer her phone, reply to emails or take calls in her office. She will perform routine inspections and withhold any information from the tenant in a effort to extort them of there bond.
Be very wary when using christine Mayer Bull as a property manager. I have never come across a property manager so unprofessional.

It must be a company policy at George & Fuhrmann to go far and beyond for their customers. This is my third and defiantly not the last dealing with this Agency. Tiffany however went even further. Unlike quiet a few agencies I dealt with, Tiffany took time even on the weekend to accommodate me. Taking her away from the family, which I felt bad about but really appropriated. Rare case when Agent can do justice to both buyer and seller. I would like to sincerely THANK Tiffany for a fantastic customer service with great personal touch. We have leased through Christine for the past 5 years through three different rental properties. Whenever we are looking for a new rental to accommodate our growing family or desire for a change in lifestyle, Christine goes above and beyond to find us something suitable. DO NOT USE THIS REALESTATE!!!Very poor service as a renter from this realestate.(Christine Maher rental agent). Never was told when landlords would turn up to check everything out. As was part of the deal when lease was signed.(two weeks notice). Got told it was our uncleanliness that was creating mould for 2 years when a pipe had been leaking under the house the hole time.
Never got told what I needed to do to get my bond back. And charged me for problems with the house that had been on going the whole time I lived there.
Worst realestate in the shire do not use!!!

GNF Bangalow is by far the worst and most unprofessional real estate I have ever had this misfortune of dealing with. The neglect to both your landlords and tenants is disgusting. Given the time frame it takes to process rent and then pass it onto the landlord it's clearly sitting in an account making interest for you 💲💲
Furthermore the neglect when maintenance and URGENT repairs are concerned is absolutely disgraceful and appalling.
