Lois Buckett (of her own Real Estate agency) showed us great properties when we were looking to buy which reflected a really deep knowledge of the district which can only come from providing trusted service to owners for many years. We didn't buy but I rented and I strongly recommend the great service provided by the Lois Buckett R.E rental staff as well.

Experience from the staff at this real estate was rude & unprofessional. Ballina is a very friendly place & we loved talking to the locals. Our stay at the property we rented for over $3500 - 4 nights was very special & all our family loved our time together after being apart for 12 months. Would have been helpful though if we were forewarned about noisy roof construction going on next door. After calling the agent with no response & emailing / texting, several hours later the noise stopped.We didn’t hear anything from real estate but were glad the noise had stopped.

AVOID AS A TENANT AND A LANDLORD!
I was a tenant renting through Lois Buckett. In the entire time I rented from them the agent I dealt with, Hollie was completely unresponsive, unprofessional and unhelpful.
From first moving in I had issues such as the boundary of my fence being changed without my knowledge cutting down my yard by 15 square meters, neighbours having loud parties every single night for weeks straight with nothing being done, major repair issues such as fences falling down - I sent a photo and that was never even responded to. Requests to be sent via email that you will never get

Lois Buckett is the agent for the wonderful holiday house we rented in Lennox Head, NSW. We were very impressed with their communications and professionalism and all aspects of our dealings with them. Even when we managed to lock ourselves out of the rental property on a Sunday morning they promptly came round with a spare key and let us in without any fuss and surprisingly, free of charge. It was such a relief to regain access to the house so far outside of business hours and we expected a hefty charge. So we were very pleased with such great service.
