Im not sure why we have to wait out side in the freezing cold when all other medical clinics and shops are open.the sign on you do clearly states you are allowed 10 people inside.l no covid has disrupted routines but restrictions are finished everywhere else.

I feel it looks like alot of wasted time and doubling when accessing our animals and there is a lack privacy discussing the pet.by not coming in its difficult for us to explain concerns or ask questions.
The nurses bought her out to us not the vet.l feel its not very personel ,the nurses are great but we think the vet should talk

Nothing but a good experience. Dr josh was absolutely amazing with my boy peter, explained and showed me everything he was doing and was patient with him. Also want to say how absolutely lovely Caity was over the phone and her willingness to help. Definitely my preferred vet for my two horses from now on! Thank you guys!

Outstanding service from the vet when we had to send our old dog on a long sleep. We were able to do this outside in the garden and nothing was rushed. Our unpleasant duty was made as nice as possible thanks to the lovely and caring vet.

Just want to give an honest appraisal of Romsey Veterinary Clinic. We brought in our new puppy Louis last week to have a full check over. Michelle was very thorough and took her time to explain everything about our puppy's health and any concerns. We really Appreciated her caring nature.

I'm not a fan of this clinic, for several reasons and avoid them if possible. Most recently was overcharged for an arthritis injection and when I spoke to the receptionist about it (and I was being nice) she was extremely defensive and dismissive. Definitely wont be back, much better clinics out there, unfortunate this is the only clinic in Romsey.
