Our cat hadn't eaten in two days and was frequently vomiting. despite never being a previous customer this vet saw him (every other vet in Craigieburn had him in the were full/ too hard basket).
they were thorough, very understanding and knowledgeable and punctual 😀
can't praise them highly enough

Excellent knowledge and communication from the veterinarian. Dr Daniella was thorough and explored multiple avenues to pursue with my Great Dane. Dr Daniella was reassuring and confident in her approach to our issue. I am transferring the regular care of my animals to this practice I am so thoroughly satisfied with the care here.

I was away on a holiday and needed my pups second vaccination and worming done, the lady that dealt with my pup was so bloody amazing. I would highly recommend going to wallan vet.

Overly toxic organizational structure that created finger-pointing and a culture that encouraged a lack of accountability. Lack of empowerment. No strategy. No autonomy. Archaic systems. Lack of process, structure, governance, systems. Not data-driven. lack of support, underwhelming understanding of risk. No accountability. Negative culture. Inadequate training/capability development
