Initially he worked in the Bracken Ridge office of his brother Barry Holloway under the firm name BJ Holloway & Co. He later opened his own firm Rod Holloway & Co which continues to operate now. His experience in these areas has led the firm to now concentrate on Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Family Law Consent Orders, Estate Litigation and acting for Property Developers in most matters.

Support staff were helpful when called but the lead conveyancer was not contactable and the only written communication was unprofessional. There wasn't much to give us confidence everything was being managed well. Could not recommend based on our experience. So glad we went with a different conveyancing company the next time and had a much better experience.

Fantastic service. Highly professional whilst performing conveyancing for my wife and I recently. Karen and Jainie were wonderful to deal with. If it wasn’t for their integrity, due diligence and professionalism there would have been further issues and costs for my wife and I. Other parties we dealt with could learn a thing or two off these lovely ladies. Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely thankful for their help. Quite reasonably priced compared with other players whilst offering a premium service.

I have just had all my conveyancing done with Rod Holloway& Co & they were fantastic! Karen Kerr who was my Lawyer was extremely professional & very caring with all my dealings with her. The Legal assistance & the whole team were incredibly helpful & most courteous with me during the whole sale process. Would I recommend this Company to other people? YOU BET I WOULD!! I know capitals is like yelling but I would yell out to anyone that here's an honest,caring company that truly looks after it's clients extremely well. We recently used Karen at Rod Holloway & Co for the sale of our house and purchase of another property after a referral from a colleague. Complications arose, but at no fault of theirs and Karen took the time to reassure us it would all work out. My husband and I recently used Rod Holloway & Co for our conveyancing. Being first home buyers we were really unsure about what the process was like and what needed to happen. A phone call with Rod got us underway and his advice was greatly appreciated. He took the time to answer our questions which was great. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. Admin staff were rude. We delt with approx. 5 or so different members of staff with none of them communicating between eachother. Our phone calls were answered rudely and our emails often with short and abrupt replies - particularly from one staff
