We also offer Mediation Rooms here in Sandgate. We offer conference rooms, private consultation/break out rooms, tea and coffee facilities and lunch are provided if a full day mediation is booked. Use of mediation rooms is complimentary when Sarah is the appointed Mediator. Sarah Cleeland is an experienced Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Our Principal, Sarah Cleeland, has a career experience that spans customer service, provision of services to children, Mediation, Family Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Legal advice. Prior to completing a Dual Degree in Law and Politics (with Honours) in 1996, Sarah worked in the customer service industry and was an Au Pair in Europe providing nannying Services to young children.
Kathryn is a committed member of our team, who has a down to earth attitude and warm and approachable manner with our clients. Kathryn understands the stress and anxiety of legal matters, including meeting and engaging with a solicitor. Kathryn hopes to add a sense of calm to your situation, while providing practical and straightforward legal advice.
She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2016, and the High Court of Australia in 2017. Shelby is experienced in all areas of family law, including parenting, property, and domestic and family violence matters. She also brings invaluable experience in criminal law matters to the team and is an accredited Criminal and Domestic Violence Duty Lawyer.

They were very good but I found a bit slow and preoccupied with other things and with keeping in contact with you, and keepingvyou up to date with your proceedings, you had to pay up front, which is a bit of inconvenience, when you do not have all the money to cover it until you receive your payout, when you are expecting to pay them, when you get your legal compensation pay out
