We have worked with Tony Day for about 3 years now; first in renting our property in Turrella and more recently in selling it.
We have found him to be the perfect local agent. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, professional, caring and friendly. However, even more importantly, he likes to under promise and over deliver! Too many agents promise the world to get you in and are then forced to back-track. Not Tony – we just sold for an outstanding price. As a local agent, he knew what the property was worth and then worked really hard to over deliver and we couldn’t be happier.

Tony was extremely accommodating with all our requests to view 17/16 Sadlier Crescent Petersham. Tony was very professional however was relaxed in all our inspections. I wouldn't call Tony your typical real estate agent - the smart suit variety, he was the more relaxed variety which in my case calmed the whole process. I would recommend Tony Day in all aspects of the process in the purchase of 17/16 Sadlier Crescent Petersham.
