Conveyancing transactions do not always run smoothly, therefore we recommend you appoint our office to guide you through the process. Liaise with Banks, Solicitors/Conveyancers and Real Estate Agents to ensure a smooth settlement process.
Communicate with your financial institution to ensure unconditional loan approval and funds are available on completion of the purchase. Notify Council and Water Board and attend to registration of documents with the Land Titles Office. Most importantly, communicate every step of your transaction and keep you updated on the progress.
