Do not rent with or use this real estate agent. I had to take them to fair trading after they tried to fake damages and work invoices to the apartment which I left nicer than when I had moved in. Luckily I got my bond back after reporting them and having to deal with their rude aggressive phone calls and emails.

Politeness is a big deal. As being buyer’s agent, I have been dealing with many vendor’s agents all over Sydney. I have to admit that Roberto is exceptional. I have never in my life witnessed a more incompetent real estate group. I was thankfully in a share house as a tenant not a lease holder but I watched as they tried to scam my friends and take our money at every opportunity. They took our bond for a dump that we left in better condition than when we came, but even before that they were a joke to us, laughing made it seem better that they were trying to scam us at every turn. Because we were young they hoped like so many that we would not have the ambition to fight them in tribunal. Every step of the way they made it clear that they're sole interest

I highly recommend this agency for anyone who doesnt need working appliances such as ovens and toilets, anyone who enjoys the ceiling caving in on them in bed and then discovering the emergency number is a closed office line and having to sleep on the couch while your bed is rained on, and anyone who wants to be threatened with eviction for asking for compensation for their rights being violated! Oh and anyone who is happy to have the rent jacked up after 7 months and the agency tell you in the same letter that the market actually hasnt changed and the place is still worth the same as when you
