Services
The staff at Happy House are committed to high quality, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. We cater for the individual child and their needs in a supportive and affectionate environment. The programs encourage children to become involved, enabling them to pursue interests and at the same time build on needs and challenge their strengths.
Happy House is very proud of our long term, caring Educators, who take pride in their relationships with the centre, our families and children. I have worked here at Happy House since 1994 and throughout the years have been both assistant and later room leader in every room in our service. I have worked hard to support children on their learning journey and have seen many grow and leave us as they have started their school and adult life.
Our Nippers room is a place of nurturing and caring for babies. We work alongside our parents to ensure a smooth transition into our care, as we know this be a hard time for the children but also for mums and dads who are probably leaving their child for the first time. We work together with families to build bonds with the babies so they are happy and secure.
Happy House uses a tool called EarlyWorks to assist with our early childhood programming, documentation and portfolio management. The software assists us to develop highly detailed and personalised care programs for your child in a streamlined way - this means we are able to spend more uninterrupted quality time with each and every child.
