In Queensland you have 6 months to give notice of your intention to make a claim on the estate and you must commence proceedings within 9 months.
Conveyancing refers to the transfer of property. If you are selling or buying in QLD or NSW we can assist you with the transaction to insure your interests are being protected. At HQF Lawyers we are a big fan of digital conveyancing, like PEXA, because money is distributed faster and there is less room for human error between all transacting parties.
