Where there are no parenting orders in place the legislature presumes that parents have equal shared parental responsibility. What does this mean? I had a court appearance today and was representing myself. It was obvious I was having a little bit of trouble with some of the paperwork so Geoff Gallagher went out of his way to help me with that even though he was busy with other court matters. He also answered some of my questions and gave me some advice. It was al free of charge and much appreciated. 🙏

Last month I was representing myself at my first court case and I was absolute anxious mess leading up to it. As I got to the courthouse I spoke to geoff and he talked me through how things would go and how to present myself. At the very last minute as I was in the courtroom shaking with nerves geoff pulled me out and read over what I had and said he would represent for me. I kid you not he had me in tears after my hearing, he won my case and saved me no doubt of an anxiety attack. Geoff did all of this free of charge just as a good dead at the end of his day. Highly recommend Geoff! Very genuine
