I was originally referred to PCLawyers in 2016 for a simple Family Law matter. Was pleasant enough.
Since then i've (tried) to engage them for the purposes of a will without success, and most recently conveyancing related to a refinance, purchase and sale of some property.
The experience has been absolutely appalling. I'm not creative enough to think of anything more Frank and the team could have done to delay our settlement any more. 9 days overdue and counting!!! Even updates were too much to ask! Calling through to the office yielded nothing at all - call backs also too hard. After 9 days
