Booked and paid in full to stay to look after grandkids whilst my Son and Daughter in law attended a wedding. Unfortunately due to border closure we had to cancel. Paid for 4 nights $995 and guess what? Cancelation fee was $995. Do you keep my money and still have the room available? I was happy to forfeit some of my money…..but all of it, really???
Have stayed there before with family in numerous rooms….Never again….

And last night 24 june 2021 6pm the covid-19 restrictions :

We only stayed for two nights but were impressed. Could not fault from the time we booked till when we left. Management friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was spacious, clean, well maintained with comfortable chairs and beds. Premium foxtel a positive. The kitchen had all the crockery and cutlery one could ask for. Shower had good volume and there was plenty of hot water. No noise from other apartments - great to stay somewhere and not have to put up with plumbing noise from others. Great views from balcony with heaps of sun. Underground parking and lift positives. We did not use pool of spa

We stayed in the West penthouse for a three night break. The whole flat is huge, especially the master bedroom and en-suite. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and loads of cutlery and crockery which is good for a large group. Location is a minute from the beach with some nice restaurants/takeaways on your doorstep. Overall, highly recommended.

Enjoyed 3 nights in the clean apartment but a lot of street noise from rubbish bins being filled and emptied and general people noise from outside. The noise wasn't the end of the world to us but we did find a quieter unit the next time. Probably a good place to stay if your young.Convient to all that we wanted.

Will not recommend staying here. Stayed here with my family and regretted the decision. The room ware full of mosquitos the aircon did not function in the master bed room whereas the other bedrooms were cold as Antarctica. Had to go out at 2am searching for a mosquito repellent and a table fan as my 8 months pregnant wife could not sleep. When I politely complained at the reception next morning the apartment cleaner standing and listening next to me said "good for you" when I said I may give a negative review for the stay. Such poor customer service, I paid $320 for the night, it was worthless
