We use the international standard for a Fibreglass Pool Restoration, commonly referred to as the 5 stage process. After the Pool has been drained and braced (preventing the potential collapsing of the pool) the surface is prepared, with all blackspot and blistering being removed. Any repairs that are required are now undertaken prior to commencement of the Pool Restoration process such as patching particularly damaged areas on the pool shell.

I always like to support local business, but - poor quality finish, unresponsive to communications, surprise extra-charges, dangerous electrical work, untidy clean up - will make me reconsider local trades next time. They decided a string of 40+ degree days was a good time to resin the pool, has gone off too quickly resulting in a very bumpy surface and looks bad. Gave me no feedback for months prior, as to scheduling and was working off a quote with no other invoicing/information/work standards to go off until after the job was complete. After filling up the pool, turned around and charged me
