Just arrived for my 2pm massage and was told that l didn’t answer my phone to confirm my massage so they rebooked . They rang at 1.37 while l was out to lunch
I booked the appointment last night so not even 24 hours before!
They also sent me a text as a reminder. This text did not have a ‘ answer to confirm !’ Just a reminder.

This place is no longer good as it used to be. It used to be one of our family members best massage place for many years but not anymore as the new masseuse are no more as they used to be and poor Thai massage skills.
By the way this wasn't written in September and was an old review long before the lock down. Unfortunately you are really no more as good as you were. Not only me but my family and colleagues who have been there have had similar experiences.

I can't share anything but bad experiences. I keep going back hoping that i'd get lucky with a good staff member but it gets worse and worse, I try and tell the front staff and they don't care nor do they apologies. The girls are clearly over worked and just end up rubbing oil on me rather then massaging me....don't get me started on them using their elbows for the entire time. I know admin are going to reply with "we take complaints seriously" but honestly i've given you guys so many chances and you seem to talk my money more seriously then customer satisfaction.
