Rude and unprofessional staff. Disappeared for 3 minutes 4 times and started 15 minutes late. Staff didn't understand English and when told less pressure still kept on the same very hard pressure. The lady ended up hurting me and bruising my back. Walked out more sore then I did when I went in. Definitely would not recommend!

Booked & got there she showed me the room & I waited there for over 10mins so I got changed & went back out to see her playing on her phone, when she saw me she quickly jumped up & said hello yes I'm ready for you, I cancelled asked her for my money back & left definitely after your money 💸

Very ordinary service by the masseuse named Off.
She did not understand English nor does know how to do massage!!
Initially, she went so hard at me and when I asked her to go bit gentle she just did not do properly. Not good customer service by her at all. Did not even bother to talk properly nor smile at reception!!

I visited many massage places but definitely this is the worst shop I ever visited. Tried 1hour massage but through out the massage session, I could not relax myself. Keep hearing infant crying and loud foot step in the shop! Definitely not worth and recommended for the price you pay for a relax massage. This place is also messy with baby toys over the reception area.
