Our facilities are likely to be the highlight of your stay - with two heated pools, one inside and one outdoor, two indoor spa pools and a superb BBQ and outdoor dining area, not to mention two full-sized tennis courts and an onsite gym. Pacific Regis is a 15 story building in the heart of Burleigh Heads and is situated across the road from Burleigh Surf club which is a life saver protected beach.
Choose from our fully self contained one or two bedroom apartments, all apartments have their own laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and fully-equipped kitchens. Our second time staying at Pacific Regis and again we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right opposite the beach and a couple minutes walk down to the shops, restaurants and cafes. The bathrooms in our apartment were dated but that doesn't bother us as long as the room is clean which it was. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and kitchenware you could need if you wanted to cook. The kids loved that they had 2 pools to choose from and we spent quite a bit of time in both pools. Highly recommend calling directly for the best rates.

We arrived at the apartment complex, and were disappointed with the lack of respect shown via the staff member and the misleading information we were told previously. For example, the pool was out of order at the time, which we were told it was all working and in good condition. When we arrived we asked to view the apartments we were going to stay in, before we made the rest of the payment. The man working at the time, who we later found out was the manager, reluctantly let us view the apartments insisting that we pay the full amount before we viewed.
