Absolutely unethical and dishonourable management - Restt Property (Kathy Spicer and Marina Scholes). Unprofessional, dishonest, and threatening to students. Stay away from their management!

Abdolutely horrible experience living there corrupt management and body corporate, rude tenants parties dogs barking. Complex absdolutely outdated just like management. Far better places in Varsity to live. Only good thing was view so badly managed🤮

Lacking in security, there is a bird infestation problem, noisy birds most mornings and daily squawking.
The pool area is very nice but south facing, its cooler on sunny days.
The change rooms and steam room are worn out just like the gym.
Considering there are so many apartments paying body corporate fees I would think the grounds, common areas and CCTV / Sercurity would be kept better maintained and modernised.
I wouldn’t “reserve” this place

The pool and spa has to be my favourite! The place is amazing! Feels like a resort! Great mantainence and facilities! Some of the views from lakeside apartments are spectacular!

Living here since two years, while studying at Bond University. It is a very nice location with an amazing view over the lake. Apartments are in very nice conditions. Gym nice pool with sand beach available. For students perfect suit. Only bad thing for this price Internet and electricity is not included!
