Loft Penthouse Report

This sensational Loft Penthouse is a two level apartment on the top of the property - With 360 degree extensive views to Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta plus let's not forget the magnificent hinterland views. It has 3 separate outside balcony entertainment areas depending on your mood and the time of the day.

4 Bedroom Ocean View Penthouse Report

As you walk into this 4 bedroom Penthouse you will be swept away in a dream, positioned on the 25th Floor, it does not get much better! The split level apartment allows you to take full advantage of the breathtaking 360 degree view of Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise coastline.

The Penthouse offers the luxury of King Beds in both the Master and 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom features a Queen Bed and lastly the 4th includes 2 single beds, great for a family.All bedrooms have wall mounted TV's and Air conditioning.

3 Bedroom Superior Ocean View Apartment Report

Renovated and spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchens, large lounge/dining room opening up onto the balcony overlooking the magnificent Burleigh Heads Beach. We had the best stay here. Three bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor. View was amazing. Apartment was clean and beautifully presented. Kitchen had everything we needed. Manager was friendly and informative. We will definitely be back.

We had a very nice stay here. Very close to the beach and to the shops. Very clean area, not loud. It was very relaxing. The staff on site were wonderful as well. No complaints at all staying here for 6 weeks.

We'll equipped set of apartments. Lovely tennis courts, spa, and sauna. The building itself is on the older side so things aren't quite as modern as they could be. Lovely lovely view

Fabulous location with top eating places in walking distance. Have tried a wide variety of accommodation along the esplanade over the last twenty five years but this place is heads above the rest. Biggest drawcard are the newest managers who are so welcoming, diligent and progressive with recent renovations taking it to a new level for owners and guests. Fabulous sized units with amazing views that make you feel like you haven't really left the comforts of your own home. A real winner!

Our whole family stayed here in 2x2bedroom apartments for a recent family event.
Location is spectacular. Rooms were clean, huge and very well maintained.
Most importantly, the managers were a delight to deal with.

People who are pretending to managers of this nice building and work in the hospitality industry actually have no interest in you whatsoever.
Wanted to print a document from them and they refused, unreal.
Also common areas in the building are not so clean- check out how clean the carpet is.
Another trick they use- instead of vacuuming and getting rid of dirt/ bacteria on the carpet- they simply spray it with some strong disinfectant to mask it off. They think if it smells nice then it is clean :)
Rude, there are no many other buildings on the coast that have better service and facilities.

Amazing location with views in every room.
we stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was huge in size with modern appliances.
foxtel and Internet were good for us.
friendly and professionally managed by the lovely hosts.

Stayed at Burleigh Esplanade for a weekend away and didn’t want to leave. Apartment was very large, well equipped, excellent all round views and very clean and tidy.
Upon arrival and during stay the managers were very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this location and apartment building for anyone who wants to spend the time on the Gold Coast, especially down at Burleigh Heads.
