Watch out for their costs/client agreement. They draft into a standard Queensland Law Society costs/client agreement extra terms: Mine had drafted in by JB that I give them POWER OF ATTORNEY over any of my assets, they put a caveat on one of my homes, and a mortgage. This was all within 3 days of terminating the firm. It is not that I wanted NOT to pay their entire bill, I just had issues with some of their costings and did not want to pay the entire amount. Be guarded and read everything in their costs/client agreement and GET LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE signing as I did not, and trusted JB that he was
