Originally known as Francis & Binnie Lawyers the name was changed some years ago to more properly reflect the family law and mediation work we do. Our experience and expertise in family law ensures our clients have the most capable divorce lawyers that Brisbane can offer. We have visited offices at Helensvale on the Gold Coast, and in Murrarie near Brisbane City.
It is important to obtain family law legal advice before you act on emotional issues (emotions may be running high on all sides) and may escalate if issues are not handled appropriately. We are conveniently located at Springwood, close to Brisbane, Logan City and the Gold Coast with an office at Helensvale.
The Queensland Law Society specialist accreditation program was established in 1995 to provide guidance to members of the public who need legal services in certain areas, and encouragement to members of the profession who wish to specialise. Randal Binnie is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist and has 20 years legal and mediation experience.
My ex-partner and I were thankfully in an amicable position regarding our property settlement and we were looking for a simple pathway to facilitate it through the Courts. Mark and his team were able to offer us straightforward advice and help us avoid any pitfalls along the way. I'd sat down with other firms, but after the initial chat with Mark, it was obvious that there was no other choice for who we'd be moving forward with.
