Conveyancing is an important part of the sale and purchase process, and is something that should be handled by a lawyer. Your sale or purchase will be handled by Paul and our dedicated and experienced conveyancing team. At SPC Lawyers you will deal direct with your lawyers (no call centres!) and are welcome to call and discuss your contract at any time.
We can help with all aspects of property development and construction, including off the plan and proposed lot sales. We can assist landlords and tenants with all commercial leases including shopping centres, retail spaces, renewals and lease disputes. We handle all commercial conveyancing matters including commercial, industrial and retail sales and purchases.
At SPC Lawyers, your personal injury claim will be handled by Paul, who has extensive experience in personal injury litigation. Paul brings with him the experience of the large personal injury firms (a former Senior Associate at Slater & Gordon and Trilby Misso), but with the personal service you would expect from a small local firm.

Paul handled the conveyancing with the purchase of a local property.
We found him and his team to be professional, not a detail was missed, hyper responsive each step. Furthermore there were a few touches which really demonstrated that they had my families best interests as a priority, it was comforting.
