Amaizing service, location was incredible.
They even called us to check we werent lost in the drive with the rain.
We thought the rain was going to make it a hard holiday. But staying at the lodgr we didnt felt it.
The swimholes are perfect under the rain too! We took our wetsuits and water shoes, got to float in the water in privacy while taking all yhe natute in.
The lodge dinner was like from a 5 star hotel.
Make sure you take mosquito repelent and outdoor gear so you can enjoy the most the nature in the property.

Vicki and her staff are amazing. They work so well as a team, their top priority is giving great service on limited staff due to covid. The chef is absolutely superb, cooking amazing meals for lunch and dinner seven days a week. If your wanting to escape from your normal routine and relax with limited internet, peace and quiet well this is the place to be. Happy hour between 5-6 is well worth it by the pool overlooking the swimming hole. Thank you to Vicki and the staff for making my holiday a beautiful experience. Perfect place to come away and grieve for your love one. I don’t want to leave

We came to the Heritage Lodge as a 50th birthday gift from my husband. The staff were friendly, the swimming creek was beautiful and the room was clean but the place was very tired and is need of a revamp, the air-conditioning wasn't very cool either. We booked a rainforest view in which was a balcony view of a garden in the carpark. Breakfast included was very basic. The staff were pre-told it was my birthday but I was not looked after. All in all it was very expensive for very little. It's the little touches and thoughtfulness that can make you feel special and want to return

The location was perfect- right in the rainforest with a swimming hole on the property. While it was very warm (Oct), the rooms have been designed to maximise airflow so we found we stayed cool even without the air con running.
It was dry season so the creek was low but still found a section deep enough to have a dip.
The food at the restaurant was delicious, albeit slightly expensive. However, you can understand this given how remote the Daintree is- getting food in and out would obviously come at a cost.
The lovely ladies who served at the restaurant deserve a special mention- they were all

We stumbled across this amazing little place and although we didn’t stay there, we did have lunch and are so glad that we did! The food here is next level amazing. Our entire group talked about this food for days. I personally had the steak and can honestly say, It was the best I have ever had! Melt in your mouth, deliciously seasoned, taste sensation! Well done! We will be back!
