This review is for Property Manager Naz Bibi. Naz is an excellent Property Manager who is extremely professional, reliable and who always strives to ensure that owners, tenants and properties are all being looked after well and fairly. As a tenant it is very reassuring to have a Property Manager who is so friendly, approachable and who always promptly actions maintenance requests in a reasonable and timely manner. I have rented for 14 plus years and have never received such great service. Naz is truly an asset for both owners and tenants alike and her hard work is of an incredibly high standard

I normally don’t write reviews on anything here on google. But this case is different. Very rude, very very rude and unprofessional. Communication is not so great either. Delayed emails and responses. I highly recommend going to a different real estate. Honestly.

I have used different agents in QLD and VIC over a period of 30 years and I have found Coulsons to be the best I have ever used. I have had agents in Victoria who have let properties become dilapidated. Coulsons always kept me informed of maintenance issues.
