Derrick was up front at all times with the expectations of the market and the time expected to sell the property. He was always in contact ensuring I was aware of every stage of selling the property. Derrick is a very open, friendly person who has an extensive knowledge of the suburbs he sells having lived in the area all his life. We recently bought a house through Natalie Child. We had a wonderful experience as first time buyers. Natalie was thorough professional, at the same time easy going. Our agent Emma Walter was absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and one of the best communicators I have had the pleasure in dealing with.
