Very sad that this company has come into the Cragmor neighborhood. They don’t seem to screen their renters or maybe the owners don’t care that their homes are being rented out to college students who could care less about their home. Too many loud parties, cars, really has brought down what once was a peaceful & desirable neighborhood 😟…..and yes, I agree with the comment about not keeping up with the yard work & mowing…adding to that, tree trimming, putting trash receptacles away off the street once the trash has been picked up. Brian was able to help us figure out why our heater wasn’t working and in a timely manner. Every-time he has come over to fix something he is super friendly and actually has a nice conversation with you instead of just fixing it and leaving asap like most people. Brian is the best.

Will not be leasing with this company again. While individual employees are fine, the company as a whole is a complete joke. Maintenance response times are lengthy and staff will gaslight you into believing you’re the issue, not their broke appliances or unmaintenanced yards. On move in day the walls were covered with holes, marks and various stains, the carpets were not cleaned or even vacuumed (they insisted they were cleaned but the mop bucket of black water and brand new vacuum full of past resident pet hair and dirt would disagree), dead bugs in 90% of light fixtures, the kitchen was absolutely
